  1. Just to clarify – from what I understand, the childcare fund is NOT $50k per year for individual resident physicians? It’s a $50k per year fund that is somehow supposed to magically cover all of the expenses for the nearly 1,500 resident physicians at UW, correct? The chart is a little confusing on that front.
